Returns & Exchange Policy

At Wear Duds, we are committed to delivering fashion that combines quality, comfort, and confidence. If your purchase isn’t quite right in terms of fit, size, or style, we’re here to help with a smooth return and exchange process.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in their original packaging

Be free from stains, perfume, damage, or signs of use
Products failing quality checks will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Sale & Promotional Orders
During sale periods or promotional campaigns:

Products are non-returnable

Size exchanges are permitted once only, subject to stock availability

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead
Please review sale-specific terms carefully before placing your order.
3. Return & Exchange Charges
A reverse pickup fee of ₹99 per request will be applicable on all approved returns and exchanges. This charge covers pickup and logistics handling and may be:

Deducted from the refund amount, or
-
Collected during pickup (where applicable)
Exceptions
If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective item

An incorrect product
We will arrange a free replacement or resolution at no additional cost, and the ₹99 reverse pickup fee will be fully waived.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Refund & Exchange Timelines
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality inspection:
Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original source of payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via a Razorpay payout link (Bank Transfer / UPI)
Please Note: COD convenience charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Replacement products for approved exchanges will be dispatched within 4–5 business days after pickup.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner availability.
7. Self-Ship Returns
If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship your return to the following address:

Please ensure products are packed securely to avoid transit damage. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after successful quality inspection.
8. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:

Cash on Delivery (COD) fees

Any additional shipping charges applied during checkout

Wear Duds reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
We strongly recommend reviewing applicable sale, offer, and promotional terms before placing your order, as eligibility for returns and exchanges may vary.
